C.I.L.A. Code of Conduct


A Code of Ethics, to influence the actions and conduct of those who associate with the sphere of athletics, is presented below. It is incumbent on all athletic directors and administrators to educate coaches, athletes and officials to adhere to the Code of Conduct. CILA Code of Conduct

Academic Eligibility Forms
This form certifies that the listed students meet C.I.L.A. Eligibility Requirements. Each school registering for a CILA sanctioned competition must complete an Academic Eligibility Form and submit it to the CILA Registry no later than one week prior to an event. They may be emailed to C.I.L.A. (silvia.cristofaro@mcgill.ca) or faxed to 514-398-7532.

Captain Evaluation Form
Team Captains are invited to complete this form following each C.I.L.A. competition. Please forward it either by email or fax 514-398-7532.

Competition Registration Forms
Each team (not school) registering for a C.I.L.A. sanctioned competition must complete the registration form and submit it to the host institution as well as the C.I.L.A. Registry. C.I.L.A. will accept forms no later than one week prior to an event. They may be emailed to C.I.L.A. (silvia.cristofaro@mcgill.ca) or faxed to 514-398-7532. Teams not submitting registration forms will not be considered for C.I.L.A. awards or for C.I.L.A. Hall of Fame records.
